Tristan Thompson is continuing his charm offensive on ex Khloe Kardashian, claiming he wants to be 'good with her'.
This comes just days after the 28-year-old NBA star reportedly splashed out $500,000 on a Porsche, in a bid to 'win her back'.
The 35-year-old Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has been hit by a double betrayal from Tristan after he allegedly hooked up with another woman while Khloe was in labour.
He then kissed Kylie Jenner's then BFF, Jordyn Woods, which ended the relationship for good.
In recent days though, Tristan is turning up the heat on Khloe again and has now reportedly vowed to the best co-parent to their 17-month-old daughter, True.
A source has told People : "Tristan wants to be a good, present dad to True.
"He’s committed to raising her in a loving environment and also wants to be in a good place with Khloé.”
After hitting the low after the Jordyn Woods scandal, Khloe and Tristan have been slowly repairing their relationship.
It will never get back to romantic levels again, according to sources, but it seems they will try to be on an amicable footing for True, if no-one else.
The source added: "After everything they’ve been through, things have finally gotten to a calmer place.
"Neither would completely rule out a reconciliation down the line.”
Khloe had earlier indicated that she had hoped there would be a way back for Tristan as she 'wanted to work it out for True'.
It had been revealed that Khloe "wanted True to live with both her parents."
It would seem that this will never happen as despite Tristan "doing everything he could to get Khloe back,” the door has been closed as Khloe feels she cannot fully trust him again.
