Khloe Kardashian divides fans with Kanye for President cap: 'Stay away from political stuff'

Divisive: fans couldn't agree on Kardashian's political statement (Picture: Instagram: Khloe Kardashian)

Khloe Kardashian’s latest fashion choice has proved divisive with her social media followers.

The reality star made her political allegiances clear when she shared a series of images on Instagram earlier today, which showed her posing in a beige baseball cap with the slogan ‘Kanye for President.’

Her distinctive choice of headgear alludes to her brother-in-law West’s plans to run for President in 2024, which he confirmed earlier this month in a series of tweets.

Though some of Kardashian’s fans described her latest shots as “beautiful” and “stunning,” others took issue with her hat and told the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star to “stay away from political stuff.”

“Love you but please lose the hat,” one fan advised.

“Please take that awful hat off and I’ll keep you as my favourite,” another urged.

One follower said that the picture had caused them to lose “all respect” for Kardashian, writing: “You have got to be kidding me. I just lost all respect for you with that hat. Kanye has zero validity except in your world.”

“This just shows how disconnected these people really are,” another wrote.

Others defended the 34-year-old from her critics, with one supporter describing her cap as “hilarious and cute” and telling others to “lighten up.”

West teased his plans to run for President in 2024 in a series of tweets posted on New Year’s Day.

In the social media posts, he reaffirmed his support for Donald Trump and vowed to perform wearing a Make America Great Again cap this year.
