Khloe Kardashian is on the road to having a second child.
And the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star's ex Tristan Thompson - who she shares two-year-old daughter True with - will father the new mini-Kardashian.
Khloe and Tristan co-parent their little cutie with the tot spending most her time in Calabasas with her reality star mum.
Things turned sour between the pair in February last year after after it came to light that the basketball player had cheated on Khloe with family friend Jordyn Woods.
It was not the first time that Tristan was hit with allegations of wrongdoing as he was caught on camera kissing a woman in a nightclub days before Khloe gave birth to True.
Despite their broken relationship Khloe is adamant that her kids share the same father and in the latest instalment of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, aired on Thursday, the bombshell confirmed that plans are underway for her to become pregnant with Tristan's help.
In the footage Khloe can be seen dialling up her ex for a video chat.
As Tristan sees her on screen he screeches: "Damn you look good!"
Khloe giggles as she replies: “Oh thank you," before getting straight to the chat.
The E! TV favourite begins: “I just got a call from Dr Wong, you know I was freezing my eggs.
"When I got out of the surgery they said I had five and then the other seven or so they were hoping would mature.
"Now they told me they have all matured and I have a total of 12 eggs."
Bowled over, Tristan responds: “Wow.”
Khloe adds: "Dr Wong said that the first 5 that matured naturally on their own and those have the strongest possibility of survival and the strongest, not to say the others are not.
Confirming her plans, she continues: "I'm thinking of doing another round of egg retrievals and this time making embryos."
Happy to help his ex and grow their brood, Tristan responds: " I’m open to doing that and down with that.
"At the end of the day I want to do whatever makes you feel comfortable."
Agreeing on a time to get the bun in the oven, he adds: "Im all on board, so however I can help so when I come out in summertime we can do it and go from there."
Later addressing the camera alone, Khloe tells: "The whole egg retrieval process was not as bad as I thought it was going to be.
"Dr Wong retrieved 12 eggs but he is very confident about 5 - the other 7 are the ones that matured the slowest.
"I don’t know what the future holds for me and Tristan I really think ill feel a lot better knowing I have 5 embryos in a freezer if I want to use them I have them there."
