The reality star celebrated turning 36 with her ex and their daughter as well as her family and friends as the lockdown continued to ease.
In a flirty Instagram, Tristan wasn't shy about the fact he still had the hots for his ex-girlfriend on her birthday.
The sports star, 29, shared a picture of a blow up doll which was made in the spitting image of his stunning famous former flame Khloe.
He typed across the picture: "Lawd god."
Tristan added a string of smiley emojis with hearts in their eyes.
The sports star wasn't shy about sharing his true feelings for his ex on her birthday in a public love note.
An accompanying photograph showed Khloe, Tristan and True giggling on their trampoline in the garden during lockdown.
He wrote: "I’m wise enough now to know, you came into my life to show me just what it means to be an incredible person.
"I appreciate how I am able to learn from and grow because of you.
"I thank God for the beautiful and loving woman you are to everyone, especially our daughter True. You deserve the world Koko! True and I love you mama. Happy Birthday."
Khloe posted a sweet response as she thanked her ex for his kind words.
She responded: "Awww this is sweet!! Thank you TT."
Immediately fans were rushing to show their support for the exes reuniting.
Comments were flooding the post with hopes the lovebirds could give their love a second chance after all they had been through.
