Khloe Kardashian once attacked a naked stripper who was partying in Lamar Odom's hotel room, her ex has claimed.
She allegedly "beat the s**t" out of the woman, who was participating in Lamar's drug-fuelled orgy while he was still married to the reality star.
Basketball ace Lamar has made the shocking claim in his explosive new memoir Darkness To Light, opening up about how he continuously cheated on Khloe throughout their four-year marriage - and once even threatened to kill her while high on cocaine and ecstasy.
The remorseful athlete, now 39, said he booked a room at the Hotel Roosevelt in 2012 for a sex fest with a string of strippers when Khloe and her 'momager' Kris Jenner barged in with their bodyguards.
There were "naked girls everywhere" when Khloe allegedly "opened the door and pounced on the first girl she saw", he claimed.
"[She] beat the s**t out of one of the girls who tried to protest. She's dropping vicious blows all over the top of this girl's head."
Kris allegedly screamed as the security guards attempted to separate Khloe from the other woman, before Khloe brusquely told Lamar to pack his bags while the bodyguards got rid of every trace of drugs.
Lamar - who still hasn't apologised to Khloe or her extended family for his vile behaviour - confessed to threatening Khloe with violence while hallucinating on drugs in their LA home.
Khloe had called his pals for help when he started shouting at her after taking coke and ecstasy.
"'II'll f**king kill you. You don't know what I'm capable of,'" he screamed at her, admitting in the book that i was "the most regrettable moment in a series of regrettable moments".
"I'm pretty sure she had to be scared at that point in time. I'm thinking about it now, like, I couldn't believe how I was treating that queen like that," he told ABC News this week.
"She took care of me. I had everything I ever wanted or needed. At that time, I was also playing really good basketball. A red carpet is rolled out for you everywhere you go...what's not to love about that?"
Lamar has also paid for "plenty of abortions" over the years, after turning to sex and drugs to fill the void in the wake of his mum's death when he was just 12.
"I would f**k five or six girls a week, but my demons tormented me on the one night I went home alone," he wrote in the book.
"I needed women as an outlet … an escape. But this does not come without problems ... most of my sex has been unprotected, and I've paid for plenty of abortions over the years."
Khloe split from Lamar in December 2013, only finalising their divorce three years later after her ex nearly overdosed on a four-day sex, drug and booze bender at a Nevada brothel.
She went on to have baby True with basketball champ Tristan Thompson - but dumped him this year after he was caught getting cosy with Kylie Jenner's best friend Jordyn Woods.
