Khloe Kardashian has revealed she didn’t set her Instagram account to private, telling fans she has “NO idea” why it switched from public.
Fans were left questioning why the reality TV star appeared to change her settings after posting a cryptic message about “how it feels to be treated the way they treat you”.
Addressing the switch on Instagram in response to a concerned fan, she wrote: “I was on my explorer page and I saw your post. I have NO idea how or why my page is private.
“I don’t even know how to do that lol thank you for posting! I’m going to fix it. That’s strange….”
Kardashian had been mocked by some who suggested she had switched her account to private to prevent her ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson from viewing her page.
“Khloe Kardashian really made her Instagram account private to hide her posts from Tristan like she isn’t an international celebrity,” mocked one.
Another tweeted: “Khloe kardashian really put her insta on private as if she doesn’t have 91 million followers hahahhaha.”
Kardashian and Thompson split after it was revealed he had kissed long-time family friend Jordyn Woods after a party in Los Angeles earlier this year.
The estranged couple were reunited on Sunday for their daughter True’s first birthday.
Kardashian threw a lavish unicorn-themed bash for her only child, with the pair sporting matching blue outfits.
There were real ponies and a smoke machine, which created “clouds” for guests to walk through, and a large food spread of magical-themed treats.
Guests were asked to donate gifts to the Children’s Hospital in LA.
