It was dubbed as a date that was out of this world.
In a preview of this week's Keeping Up With The Kardashians Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson can be seen spending quality time together hunting for aliens in Malibu.
While it may not be the usual way to spend an evening, Khloe, 36, said she was "so excited" to embark on the trek.
Basketball star Tristan, 30, on the other hand - well, he was a lot less enthused.
Speaking about the date, Khloe told the cameras: "Malibu has actually attracted a ton of UFO sightings and then when I was researching, I found out about this trail and this trail is supposed to have amazing alien energy, and I am so excited again.
"Hiking, aliens, what's better?"
Partner Tristan wasn't convinced that he was the Kardashian sister's first choice to haul along on the trek.
"Khloe gave me an invite. I think I was the last person in her address book to ask to come join her on this hike, but at the end of the day, it's quality time," he said.
"And it's exercise. I'm not playing basketball right now so I can get some extra cardio and be beside a beautiful woman like this...I'm going to jump at the opportunity."
Khloe warned her man that he may get "crazy dreams" after the date and the pair were told they had a chance of fainting because of their visions.
An unfazed Khloe was quick to point out a unique famed rock formation, but Tristan failed to spot it and closed in on his date to peer through binoculars.
Khloe joked that he was only pretending and just wanted to get closer to the mother of his three-year-old daughter.
But when he did see it, he definitely didn't seem impressed.
So they think an alien put a rock right there?" Tristan chimed up. "We call that in school ‘erosion'."
It is the final series of the hit reality TV show, but Kim Kardashian revealed that the family's new show will debut after the final episode.
