Khloe Kardashian and Scott Disick 'pushed to save KUWTK to keep their pay cheques'

Keeping Up With The Kardashian fans were left devastated last week when the family announced their reality show will end in early 2021.

And now reports have surfaced that claim that it was not a unanimous decision among the Kardashian-Jenner clan to say goodbye to their much-loved series that has been on screen for 14 years.

According to Page Six the famous family were divided into two camps - for and against - ditching their reality TV roots with Kim Kardashian, 39, Kanye West, 43, Kylie Jenner, 23, and Kendall Jenner, 24, happy to end the E! show and Khloe Kardashian, 36, and the father of Kourtney Kardashian's kids Scott Disick, 37, not so keen on axing the iconic series.

The source tells that Khloe and Scott wanted the fly on the wall show to continue filming as they see it as easy and reliable income - but the others did not agree.

"Some of them needed the money more than others,” said an insider.

They dished that Disick and Khloe's ventures outside of reality TV are not as lucrative as Kim's business empire, Kylie's cosmetics money-making organisation and Kendall's modelling career - but as the majority of the family agreed to let go of the show once it became clear that it’s no longer their best money-making strategy the pair had to agree.

They said in a statement: "To our amazing fans

"It is with heavy hearts that we've made the difficult decision as a family to say goodbye to Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

"We'll cherish the wonderful memories and countless people we've met along the way."
