The mother and daughter duo have splashed out on two side-by-side mansions in the Hidden Hills, Los Angeles' San Fernando Valley.
Khloe secured the smaller estate at a modest $17million on the sprawling grounds right next to her mum's new home, according to new reports.
Kris put up a cool $20 million for her larger home which takes the total of the two properties to $37million, it's been reported.
Both gorgeous homes have been designed for the A-list of Hollywood featuring swimming pools and farmhouse architectural style, according to The Dirt.
It's not the most expensive home to go under the hammer in the dramatic Hidden Hills.

Khloe's home will be a new start for her and her basketball player boyfriend Tristan Thomspon following fresh cheating allegations.
They had set the heart on their new home with their daughter True, three.

The Kardashian celebrated her mum as her "guiding light, mentor, idol, best friend and Queen".
