Kris Jenner and her daughter Khloe Kardashian are almost ready to move into their side-by-side mega mansions.
The sprawling properties are nestled directly next door to each other in the exclusive Hidden Hills neighbourhood in Los Angeles, meaning the mother and daughter duo will not have to travel far to pay one another a visit.
Designed in a modern farmhouse style, each house boasts 1.5 acres of land and an eight-car garage, covered patios, a guesthouse, movie theatre, gym, lounge and an office.
While Khloe and momager Kris are keeping it very close, their matching homes are also just a short drive away from family members Kylie Jenner and Kim Kardashian, who already have houses in the star-studded neighbourhood.
While the new-build houses appear almost complete, it has not been an easy ride for Kris and Khloe.
They revealed on the final season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians that they had been conned by a builder who ran off with the deeds to the properties.
While traveling to Lake Tahoe for a family holiday, Khloe told Kendall: "We don't have houses currently.
"We ran a background check on him. He had a 35-page rap sheet. I told mom I was not comfortable using him. Mom wanted to still use him.
"We ended up firing him because he sucked and he was trying to steal from me and now he took our houses and they’ve been on a stand still."
Despite the fracas, workers kept up with the construction and now the palatial properties are almost ready to move into.
Khloe's home features a dark brick exterior with dark grey roofing and solar panels.
Both properties are designed in a modern farmhouse style with 1.5 acres of land, eight-car garage, covered patios, a guesthouse, movie theatre, gym, lounge and an office.
The two homes were once part of a single estate set over three acres of land and included a house of almost 20,000sq ft, but the mother and daughter duo eventually purchased the mansion for more than $10million, dividing it into two.
The home was owned by construction magnate Ron Tutor - father of Million Dollar Listing star Tracy Tutor - and was once reportedly rented out to Britney Spears.
Khloe sold her Calabasas mansion for $15.5million last November, while Kris, 65, sold her Hidden Hills home for $15million earlier that year in April.
The will be in good company when they do move in as the Hidden Hills neighbourhood of LA is also where Khloe's billionaire sisters Kylie Jenner and Kim Kardashian have homes.
The mum-of-one is sure to make the home fit for her princess True, who she recently said was all she needs in her life, after denying she is back with love rat Tristan Thompson.
The reality star, 37, shared a post of her little one on Instagram along with a cryptic caption on Tuesday.
Little True was the star of the show as she posed for her mum, with the message: "Because we're happy!!!!"
Khloe recently appeared to deny she was back with Tristan following his latest cheating scandal as she lashed out at a fan who said she had "no self worth" for giving him another chance.
However it appears her true love is the only thing that matters as she moves in and moves on.
