Saudi Deputy Minister of Defense Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz has met with Yemeni Parliament Speaker Sheikh Sultan Al-Berkani, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
Friday’s meeting asserted the support being provided by the Kingdom to Yemen and its people, it said.
According to the state-run agency, the Saudi Deputy Defense Minister and the Yemeni official stressed the importance of unifying ranks and efforts to end Iran’s threat through its Houthi militias in Yemen.
Moreover, the two sides reviewed the efforts being exerted at various levels by the Coalition to Support Legitimacy in Yemen to restore security and stability to the country, SPA added.
