KFC is set to introduce one of the most iconic Irish food items of all time (and the perfect hangover cure for thousands) to its menus very soon.
That's right - the chicken fillet roll will soon be available at a KFC near you.
The fried chicken fast food chain is set to launch its own version of the gourmet roll, making the chicken fillet roll will be the first Ireland-only menu item.
Not only that, but you'll have multiple choices.
You will have the option of choosing between a classic Chicken Fillet Roll or spicy Zinger Fillet Roll.
The standard chicken fillet roll consists of KFC Original Recipe chicken, cheese, black pepper mayo and lettuce all wrapped up inside a tasty baguette.
But if you fancy something with a little more spice then you can opt for the Zinger Chicken Fillet Roll will have Zinger fried chicken, cheese, spicy Supercharger sauce and lettuce in the baguette.
The roll will set you back €4.95 but comes with a drink, and can be ordered through the KFC App on mobile to get one with 50% off.
The chain had been teasing the launch on social media in recent days.
But you'll have to be very quick -the chicken baguettes are limited menu items and will only be available in the Republic of Ireland from June 7 to August 1.
Making it the perfect treat after a lovely workout as gyms across Ireland will reopen their doors that very same day.
