KFC's 'fill up lunch' deal is back - with a burger, hot wings and fries for £2

For anyone looking for a cheap lunch, KFC have just brought back a very popular lunchtime offer that's even cheaper than a Tesco meal deal.

For £1.99, KFC's 'fill up lunch' gets you a beautifully peppery mini fillet burger, two hot wings and a pack of regular fries - as long as you order before 3pm.

And if KFC fries aren't your bag, you can swap them out for beans, coleslaw or corn.

Available at participating restaurants across the nation, the tasty chicken bundle will be available up until August 11th.

Originally posted on deals forum Hot UK Deals , some KFC fans who have already got their hands on the bargain midday treat are stating that you will apparently need to ask for the 'fill up lunch' at the till, rather than order them all separately, or you won't get the offer.

And you don't want to do that, with the same haul setting you back a hefty £3.47 altogether if you don't pick them up in the offer.

The only downside? That a drink isn't included. So either come prepped with your reusable water bottle, or get ready to fork out an extra 99p for a drink.

While the mini fillet is a lot smaller in size than a standard KFC burger, you could double up on the deal and get two burgers, four wings and two portions of fries for £3.98 - a fast food feast that would keep you more than satiated for the rest of the day.

After announcing the offer yesterday, members of the deals forum also joked that the deal is KFC's own version of Amazon Prime Day - although as long as your local serves it, you won't need an annual membership to pick up yours.
