KFC crisps launched by Walkers - including original fried chicken and Zinger flavours

Fancy the taste of fried chicken without a trip to the takeaway? Then a new range of crisps by Walkers could be the ones for you.

The crisp company has teamed up with KFC for two new flavours - the MAX Kentucky Fried Chicken or Walkers MAX Double Crunch Zinger Flavour.

The MAX Kentucky Fried Chicken has been created with KFC’s signature Original Recipe, while like the KFC Zinger, the Double Crunch have a little more spice.

They're also made with extra deep ridges for even more flavour, the Mirror reports.

Katherine Cook, Senior Brand Manager at Walkers said: "There are some things in life that just make perfect sense, and KFC-flavoured Walkers MAX crisps are one of them.

"With the irresistible, deep-ridged crunch of Walkers MAX combined with the flavour of KFC’s much-loved recipes, our new crisps make for the ultimate, satisfying snack when you’re hungry."

Depending on how hungry you are, you'll be able to pick up the crisps in a range of sizes.

There will be a 50g "grab bag" for 85p and a larger 140g sharing bag for £1.99.

The bags will also double up as a 2-for-1 voucher that can be spent at KFC.

The packets can be used to get 50% off when customers buy two of KFC's "Meals for One" range.

During lockdown closures, the deal can be redeemed via drive thru or takeaway.

To claim, show a packet of the KFC x Walkers crisps to a staff member at KFC.

The vouchers are valid until July 31, 2021.

In more good news for friend chicken lovers, KFC's £5.99 hot wings bucket deal is back until January 31st, the Mirror reports.
