Collingwood midfielder Jack Crisp has re-signed for three years while forward Brody Mihocek has recommitted for another two in a show of faith in the Magpies' premiership aspirations.

Crisp, who has won Collingwood's past two best and fairest awards, would have been a free agent at the end of next season but has re-signed until the 2026 season closes, with Mihocek locked in until the end of 2025.

After the Magpies bolted to a top-four finish and a preliminary final appearance in 2022, Craig McRae's first year at the helm, Crisp feels success is not too far away.

"I was more than happy to stay at Collingwood no matter what," he said.

"After the year we just experienced there's a lot of players and staff and coaches here that are very hungry for success.

"We feel like we played our best football at the end of last (season) and right now it still feels like we've got a lot of momentum."

Crisp has played 188 consecutive games, the most of any active player in the AFL.

In total he has made 200 appearances, with 182 at Collingwood after crossing from Brisbane at the end of 2014.

Mihocek was Collingwood's leading goal kicker for the fourth consecutive year in 2022, booting a career-high 41.

Selected in the 2018 rookie draft, Mihocek has kicked 165 goals in 102 games.

"Both players have proven to be consistent performers and, particularly over the past few years, have played a key role in our side's success," football boss Graham Wright said.

"Jack has not only been highly durable but a highly consistent elite-level performer for our club - he has elite training standards and has really developed as a leader.

"Brody is a model teammate on and off the field with his work ethic, courage and selflessness setting him apart."
