Kevin Spacey performs with Spanish street band after sexual assault case dropped

Video footage has emerged of Kevin Spacey performing songs with a street band in Spain, marking the second sighting of the actor since a sexual assault case against him was dropped.

In July, prosecutors in Massachusetts dropped a criminal case against the House of Cards star, who had been accused of groping an 18-year-old busboy at a Nantucket bar in 2016.

Since then, Spacey had kept a low profile before appearing in Rome to perform a spoken-word poem about a boxer making a comeback.

This week, the actor reappeared in Seville, singing and playing guitar with a street band.

Videos, which you can watch below, were posted on Instagram of Spacey posing with people as well as performing “La Bamba” and Beatles classic “Twist and Shout”.

Spacey pleaded not guilty in the sexual assault case and Cape and Islands District Attorney Michael O’Keefe said it was ultimately dropped “due to the unavailability of the complaining witness”.
