Kevin Hart’s wife Eniko Parrish has shared an update on the health of her husband after he was injured in a major car crash.
Hart was said to have suffered major back injuries following the collision in Calabasas, California, earlier this month.
He is now believed to have been released from hospital after undergoing surgery.
Parrish told TMZ in a video published on Thursday that Hart is “doing well”.
Asked about the specifics of the comedian’s current situation, she responded: “We’re just taking it one day at a time.”
She added that Hart is “amazing” and predicted he will be “back on track in no time”.
A 911 call previously released by the Today show features a caller telling a dispatcher, presumably about Hart: ”I don’t know what happened. He’s just here. He’s not coherent at all.”
Dwayne Johnson has since said that he has spoken with Hart and that the comedian is a “lucky man” because the crash could have been “a lot worse”.
