Drake had some fun after Game 1 of the NBA Finals last Thursday when he called Draymond Green “trash” after the Toronto Raptors’ big win.
Well, the Raptors lost at home on Sunday and Drake heard it from Kevin Durant and Klay Thompson, who were back in the tunnel waiting for their teammates to come back to the locker room.
Durant, of course, didn’t play with his calf injury and Thompson injured his hamstring early in the fourth quarter Sunday night and didn’t return to the game.
Both players were more than happy, however, to let Drake have it after a huge win for the Warriors that evened the series.
This series feels like it just got a little more personal after the Warriors’ win on the road.
Game 3 in Oakland on Wednesday can’t get here fast enough.
