Kevin Durant is selling his oceanfront Malibu property

While the Golden State Warriors are looking to close out their first-round playoff series with the Los Angeles Clippers in tonight’s Game 5, All-Star forward Kevin Durant has had at least part of his mind on other things — putting his oceanfront Malibu property up for sale.

According to the Los Angeles Times, the property is listed for $13.495 million by agents James Harris and Sandro Dazzan with The Agency.

Durant purchased the property just one year ago for $12.05 million, according to The Mercury News.

With Durant parting ways with the “four-bedroom, six-bath multi-level home” — which “spans 5,136 square feet” and features “disappearing walls of glass with a cove view, an exercise loft, spa and media room among many other amenities” — the two-time NBA champion should expect a return of questions about his impending free agency. It has been widely reported that Durant is ready to move on from the Warriors, with rumors circulating about his alleged interest in signing with the New York Knicks.

If Durant isn’t planning to part with the team that led him to the first championship rings of his 12-year NBA career, he has a funny way of showing it.
