But you also get a chance to watch NBA stars read really mean tweets about themselves. That in itself is worth waiting for.
On Thursday, Jimmy Kimmel Live was back again with the NBA Mean Tweets segment. It became immediately clear that some producer must have scoured the internet for the absolute meanest tweet about the league’s most sensitive player.
Because, well, Kevin Durant had to read a long-winded, expletive-riddled tweet that cut straight to his core. Look how sad he was after reading it. (Some NSFW content)
Poor KD. That smile looked painful.
All of the tweets were pretty mean, but Durant definitely got the worst of it.
