A couple of NBA fans decided to be absolutely ridiculous and disgusting on Wednesday night.
In Philadelphia where the 76ers were playing the Wizards, one fan decided to throw his popcorn at Russell Westbrook as he walked back into the team locker room off of the court because of an injury.
A short road trip away in New York, another fan decided to spit on Trae Young as he inbounded the ball in the middle of an NBA playoff game. Young didn’t notice it, but it was caught on camera and blew up on Twitter.
Both fans were banned indefinitely by the Knicks and the 76ers the next day. And they absolutely deserved to be.
Kevin Durant had a perfect tweet for them, and any other fan who wants to be an awful person at an NBA game.
