Kevin Durant: Draymond Green argument was a factor in leaving Warriors

And the revelations keep on coming.

Yes, Kevin Durant has popped up on another news outlet with another behind-the-scenes account from his time with the Warriors.

Today's episode: The Spat.

Durant's recent appearance on ESPN's "First Take" came a little more than a week after Draymond Green appeared on the Adrian Wojnarowski podcast and confessed he was wrong for the argument between himself and Durant early last season.

Responding to a question from Stephen A. Smith about the nonsense that followed the heated disagreement, Durant said, "When you say 'nonsense,' other people (were) trying to jump on a story and create off it when they don't know the facts, I think that was annoying for everybody on the team.

"Draymond knew he was out of line, and as a man, we talked about it. Everybody tried to get us to mend it fast because (of) the season and we wanted to win, but he had his process on how he wanted to handle things, and I respect that, and I had my process. Eventually we came together."

Until they went their separate ways in part because of _ the argument?

"A little bit, yeah, for sure," Durant said. "A teammate talks to you that way you think about it a bit. We talked about it but definitely, for sure, I'm not going to lie about it."
