Kevin Durant and Quinn Cook mocked Raptors fans’ attempt at disturbing the team hotel

The Toronto Raptors are set to host the first NBA Finals game in the franchise’s history, and as you could expect, Raptors fans really want to help give their team an edge.

That apparently included trying to disturb the Warriors’ sleep.

Video hit social media on Wednesday night, showing a couple Raptors fans rolling up to the St. Regis Toronto to shoot off fireworks in the middle of the night. This was a page out of Peru soccer fans’ playbook where they disturbed New Zealand’s national team the night before a World Cup qualifying playoff with fireworks.

These Raptors fans, however, weren’t nearly as successful — at least, according to to Kevin Durant and Quinn Cook. (NSFW language)

Check out the comments from the Warriors players. They were not impressed.

Both Durant and Cook claimed that they couldn’t hear the fireworks and mocked the Raptors fans in the process.

Plus, the prank might have backfired. Raptors big man Serge Ibaka evidently lives at the St. Regis Toronto as well.
