Kevin De Bruyne, Mo Salah or Eden Hazard? Reece James picks who he’d want for a Chelsea return

Reece James admits if he was in charge of Chelsea that he would bring back Kevin De Bruyne over Mo Salah.

Both Premier League stars used to be at Stamford Bridge, before being sold ahead of reaching their full potential.

Right now, De Bruyne and Salah are at the top of their games playing for Manchester City and Liverpool respectively.

For many Blues supporters, the fact that the two players were let go is a real bone of contention.

But if he had the chance to bring back either player, James admitted it would be De Bruyne who would get the nod.

"I'd probably have De Bruyne," James told Bleacher Report during a Q&A session .

"Both are great at their position. There's no major reason for De Bruyne over Salah. Just like his style of play."

The Blues lost Eden Hazard in the summer, with the Belgian making his dream move to Real Madrid.

However, it hasn’t really worked out for the 29-year-old as injuries have plagued his time at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Hazard has managed just nine La Liga starts and one appearance off the bench, netting only once with one assist.

However, James also admitted that he would love to bring back the World Cup semi-finalist if he was able to get the chance.

"Eden Hazard. I just loved the way he played," James added. "I still love him. He'll go down as one of Chelsea's best players ever."
