Kettlebell workout - torch fat with these 5 simple exercises

Many of us are trying to stay fit and healthy during the coronavirus pandemic.

Home workouts are the new fitness trend as we stay indoors to prevent the spread of Covid-19.

Gyms, like most businesses, are closed as part of the UK government's safety measures.

But it doesn't mean you can't stay active during this ongoing health crisis.

Belfast personal trainer James Higgins who runs the Hi-Performance Training Centre has come up with this simple yet effective fat-burning kettlebell workout.

And you can do this easily in your home.

Single kettlebell workout

5 exercises

  1. Halos
  2. Single arm press
  3. Single arm row
  4. Goblet squat
  5. Reverse lunge

How to do them

Five reps on each exercise (each side), rest 30 seconds to 1 min between rounds.

Do as many rounds as possible. Complete 10 rounds you've got a full body workout thats over 500 reps.
