Kerry name side for All-Ireland final with Dublin

The Kerry team named for Sunday’s All-Ireland final shows one change from the semi-final win over Tyrone.

Captain Gavin White comes back into the side at wing-forward with defender Shane Enright losing out in a reshuffle that sees Brian O Beaglaoich revert to the half-back line.

White’s selection was anticipated on the basis that he could measure up well on flying Dublin wing-back Jack McCaffrey, who he is poised to pick up.

The selection carries the usual health warning with Kerry having issued dummy teams on numerous occasions this summer and speculation about the possible inclusion of Jack Barry at midfield and Tommy Walsh in the full-forward line will continue right up to throw-in on Sunday.

KERRY: S Ryan; J Foley, T Morley, T O’Sullivan; P Murphy, G Crowley, B O Beaglaoich; D Moran, A Spillane; G White (captain), S O’Shea, S O’Brien; D Clifford, P Geaney, K Spillane.
