Kerry Katona vows to lose weight 'once and for all' as she compares herself to whale

Kerry Katona vowed to lose weight as she asked fans to join her on her weight loss journey.

The star took to Instagram Live to share her plans as she exercised on a treadmill at home.

"After seeing pictures of myself in the paper... I am the one who swallowed Pinocchio and his dad," she joked.

"I want all of you to follow me on this journey. I'm going to document everything that I do. I'm going to lose this weight once and for f***ing all. I'm going to lose it."

She then told followers she's turning 42 soon and added: "I'm not as young as I used to be, it's not as easy to keep it off.

At one point during the video, Kerry told fans: "I'm just f***ing fat. I love my food, I do but I love my kids more. I want to be around for a long, long time."

She said she doesn't want to be skinny, she just wants to be 'fit' and 'healthy'.

It comes after Kerry confessed she would love her 19-year-old daughter Lily to have a baby as she's scared that she will die young.

The mum-of-five says she constantly worries about her own health and fears she will miss out on her kids’ life milestones by dying prematurely.

The former face of Iceland said she feels she can’t be ill because she’s got to be there for her children Molly Marie McFadden, Lilly-Sue McFadden, Heidi Elizabeth Croft, Maxwell Mark Croft and Dylan-Jorge.

"It’s nice to know that I’m not alone,” she said. “I think about it all the time – I’m so worried about not being here for their future," Kerry said in her column for OK! Magazine.

“If Lilly told me she was pregnant, I’d want her to have it because I want to experience as much as possible.

“I’m constantly worried about my health. I instantly jump to the worst-case scenario. It’s exhausting.”
