Kerry Katona is known for not mincing her words - and this time is no different.
The former Atomic Kitten star has sent some sisterly advice to the reality TV star Charlotte Crosby, urging her to quit going under the surgeon’s knife.
Kerry, 39, insisted she wasn't trying to be mean about Charlotte, 29, who is currently in the Australian version of I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!
But the mum-of-five was quite brutal with her comments about the TV personality’s looks.
Kerry wrote in her latest New magazine column: "Charlotte's great entertainment but I wish she'd stop messing with her face as it looks fragile.
"Her face looks like it's got stuck between two lift doors - she looks a bit like a cross eyed fish."
Kerry then went on to suggest that therapy might be a good alternative for Charlotte - who split from Love Island star Joshua Ritchie in November last year - rather than having another procedure.
Kerry’s comments are unlikely to have made their way to Charlotte, who has no connection with the outside world while she tackles jungle life.
The Geordie Shore star has been open about her surgeries in the past.
A few years ago, she spoke about having a nose job and admitted to getting fillers in her lips.
She has also opened up about having corrective surgery on her breasts after being born with rare condition congenital symmastia.
This is a rare clinical anomaly where a woman's breast tissue runs across her breast bone, leaving them with no cleavage.
She said at the time: "For a while I was fine with it, but then I thought 'you know what, I'd love to wear low cut tops', so I looked into it and there was correction you could get on the middle part of your boob.
“I went to get a consultation with the surgeon, and he suggested getting implants at the same time.
"I got wrapped up in it and went ahead with it.”
