The reality show aired on 5Star in 2018 and 2019 after originally being broadcast as The Farm in 2004 and 2005.
In a photo shared by Unleashed Talent Management as they announced that their client was joining the line-up, Kerry beams with delight as she holds an adorable piglet on the farm, looking snug and rather muddy in a yellow quilted coat and fluffy woolly hat.
It's been a big year for Kerry because, as well as turning 40, in September she announced her engagement to personal trainer Ryan Mahoney.
Kerry and Ryan met through the dating app Bumble in 2018.
In June Kerry spoke about overhauling her lifestyle as she posed in workout gear in the gym.
She wrote on her Instagram: "Got to say credit where credit is due, I’ve kept my word to myself to stay in shape, quit smoking and just in general have a healthier lifestyle, not just for the benefits of losing weight and keeping it off but even more so for my state of mind.
"I have never ever felt more on top and in control of myself, my emotions, my decisions and my over all wellbeing!"
Kerry also credited weight loss injections for the overhaul.
