Kerry Katona raised concern among her fans after uploading an usual photo to her Instagram.
The post appeared to show Kerry in something resembling a neck brace with a tube coming from it.
Mum-of-five Kerry had a shocked expression on her face - and the post initially caused some fans to worry about her welfare.
But the caption made clear that the star was safe and well and was actually undergoing a cosmetic procedure.

She posted to say: "So I’m jumping out of a plane on Tuesday for @_homelesshouse so I’m now at @doctornyla getting the fat sucked out of my chin!!! Wanna be a light as possible!"
Fans took to the comments to say how concerned they were at first look.
One user posted: "Jesus!! I thought the rehearsal had gone wrong!"
Mary commented: "Oh thank God I thought you were after hurting yourself."
Another user said: "Jesus Kerry I thought it was a ventilator!"
Clare shared: "Thought you was on a hospital stretcher then, glad you're ok."
The star went on to do a live stream on her stories after the procedure, where she said: "My chin's dead sore. And its numb."
Kerry will be skydiving for the charity Homeless House on Tuesday of next week. The charity provide a safe haven for disadvantaged people, particularly women.
The charity are attempting the world's biggest celebrity sky dive in order to raise funds for the homeless.
Other celebs taking part in the jump include Big Brother's Ellie Young, Love Island's Jack Fowler and Footballer Callum Jones.
