Kerry Katona has shown that she's in great shape by posing in her bra and knickers while backstage in panto.
Kerry, 39, says she's lost weight, quit smoking and is feeling on top of her emotions and wellbeing, and the compliments have been pouring in after she posted snaps of her toned figure on Instagram.
The mum-of-five smiled for the camera as she flexed her muscles and showed off her abs.
Former Atomic Kitten singer Kerry says she has weight loss injections to thank for the overhaul as well as her supportive partner Ryan Mahoney.
She wrote: "Got to say credit where credit is due, I’ve kept my word to myself to stay in shape, quit smoking and just in general have a healthier lifestyle, not just for the benefits of losing weight and keeping it off but even more so for my state of mind.
"I have never ever felt more on top and in control of myself, my emotions, my decisions and my over all wellbeing!
"With a huge help from @skinnyjab which gave me that kick up the a**e and from @ryanmahoney_7 who is just one in a million."
Kerry, from Warrington, posed for the photos in her dressing room for her role as the wicked fairy Carabosse in Sleeping Beauty in Ilford, east London.
The praise came flooding in from fans.
