Kerry Katona said she "definitely relates" to Princess Diana.
Even when she was younger, the pop star remembered asking for a Princess Diana biography for Christmas.
From different walks of the world of fame, the singer and TV personality said she could identify with Diana's experience of the paparazzi.
She wrote in her New! magazine column : "When I was in a foster home, I was moving in with a family for Christmas and when they asked me what I wanted as a present I asked for a Princess Diana biography. I can definitely relate to Diana in regards to the paparazzi."
So it's no surprise Kerry has previously described herself as a "massive royalist".
The Royal family remain in a storm of headlines over their rift with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle following the couple's bombshell claims on Oprah.
Having previously defended Prince Harry, the Atomic Kitten star told the world she has "always loved the royal family".
On a heartbreaking note, Kerry admitted it was "very sad" to see the Queen on her first royal duty without her late husband Prince Philip.
She added: "It was very sad to see the Queen out and about for her first royal duty without Philip.
"I’d love to sit down with her and make her some cucumber sandwiches and have a good old chinwag! I love her so much. I’m going to be devastated when she dies. I’ve always loved the royal family."
As a self-confessed royalist, Kerry has always weighed in royal topics.

She's completely turned her life around for herself and her five kids.
The family have plans to relocate up north to Cheshire where they finally will live in their forever home.
In a happy Instagram announcement, Kerry was excited to share the news.
She wrote on Instagram : "Good morning you beautiful people!!! Well it’s official!! After losing EVERYTHING 13 years ago and having to rent I’ve finally bought me a house!!"
