Kerry Katona revealed how much strain her body was under before undergoing breast reduction surgery.
The mum of five admitted she was "starting to feel the strain" of having larger breasts.
Kerry, 41, said the weight of her boobs caused her to suffer from a "really bad back".

Ultimately, she decided to go under the knife and have them reduced in size, reports the Mirror.
Kerry told Steph's Packed Lunch in a clip filmed before she underwent the operation.
She said: "As much as I love having bigger boobs, I’m now 41 and my body is starting to feel the strain.
"It’s time to get them to go smaller, I’m suffering really bad with my back."
Kerry has since had the operation and was "so happy" with the results as she posed with her surgeon.
She said: "What an absolute legend and artist this man is @maurino_joffily.
"Soooo happy with my new boobies!! And yes I can’t wait to show them off."
Kerry insisted she just needed to have a "week of complete rest" after the surgery and then was "good to go".
She wrote in her column for New! Magazine : "I had a consultation with my surgeon about my breast reduction the other week and the surgery has actually been brought forward earlier than planned.
"As I'm writing this, I'm getting it done tomorrow. So It will be all done by the time you're reading this.
"I feel really nervous, but that's normal. I'll be OK and it's for the greater good. I can't wait to have smaller boobs. I’ll do a week of complete rest and then I'm all good to go!"
Kerry has had a lot of good news as of late, and she recently purchased property after "losing everything 13 years ago" and being declared bankrupt twice.
"Good morning you beautiful people!!! Well, it's official!!" she started her post.
"After losing EVERYTHING 13 years ago and having to rent I've finally bought me a house!!
"I want to share this news because many times over the years I literally felt suicidal! BUT I never gave up!
"If I can turn things around and get back on top ANYONE can. I'm not gonna lie credit where credit due I'm really proud of myself.
"DON'T EVER GIVE UP ON YOURSELF!!!!!!! Doesn't matter if others don't believe in you just as long as you believe in yourself!"
Kerry has raked in the cash since signing up for OnlyFans, where she posts racy snaps for her followers, and she thinks her breasts are a big part of her success on the online subscription site.
She added: "Just for the record – I think it’s my boobs that have played a massive part in that million!"
