Kerry Katona claimed Kieran Hayler's engagement will "mess up" her BFF Katie Price's head.
The Atomic Kitten singer, 39, voiced her concerns about how her reality star best friend will take the news.
Katie was married to Kieran from 2013 until they went their separate ways in 2017.
The couple have tried their best to raise their children - Bunny, five, and Jett, six - amicably while in the limelight.
Kerry has now shed some light on how she thinks her BFF might respond to Kieran popping the question to his long-time partner Michelle Penticost.

She wrote in her latest new! column: "How about the news that Katie Price ’s ex Kieran Hayler is engaged to his partner Michelle Penticost, then? I know Kieran and I’m really happy for him, but I’m also good mates with Kate and in a way I do feel sorry for her. I’m worried it’ll mess her head up."
From experience, the singer admitted it was difficult to see their ex lover move on - and she pointed out Katie would be no different with her ex-husband Kieran.
She elaborated: "Even though she was keen for everyone to move on with their lives, it’s always hard to see your ex with someone else.
"It always makes you wonder, “What if?” Believe me, I’ve been there myself! I just hope everyone involved gets their happy ending."

Kerry's comments come after Katie has dropped off the social media map.
The former glamour model claimed she was taking time away from Instagram and Twitter.
Katie's decision to cut cords with social media come in the wake of Caroline Flack's death.
Flack took her own life aged 40 at her north London flat just weeks before she was due to stand trial over a common assault charge.

Katie said in the light of Caroline's death she wanted to make a dramatic change to her life for the better.
The mother-of-five's final Instagram post read: "I've decided to take a break from this horrible media world.
"I'm absolutely heart broken... I'm having a dramatic change in my life for the better.
"I don't want to have to read or see anything in the press about me, my family & friends or my exes.
"This has all got to stop!"
