Kerry Katona's daughter Heidi left mum close to tears as she auditioned for The Voice Kids

Kerry Katona's daughter is set to audition for The Voice Kids this weekend.

Heidi, 13, filmed for the talent show prior to lockdown and viewers will hear what she sounds like for the first time when the show airs on Saturday.

A preview clip, which was shown on Friday's edition of Lorraine on ITV, the young teen is seen getting ready to sing in front of coaches Paloma Faith, will.i.am, Danny Jones and Pixie Lott.

"I'm feeling really nervous about my audition," she says. "But I'm just going to make sure I try my best."

Former Atomic Kitten singer Kerry was then seen stood in the wings with presenter Emma Willis, and was clearly full of nerves and emotion herself.

Kerry could be seen with her hands clasped together and tears in her eyes, and as Emma tried to comfort her the mum-of-five was able to mutter: "I'm alright."

Heidi goes on to sing a rendition of Macy Gray's I Try and the outcome of her audition will be played out on ITV at 7.25pm.

Sharing the preview on Instagram, Kerry said: "Omg please please make sure you all watch the kids voice tomorrow for my incredibly brave little girl."
