Kerry Katona appeared on The Voice Kids UK on Saturday night, as her daughter Heidi Katona took her chance at following in her mother's career footsteps.
The daughter of Kerry and her ex Mark Croft, 12 at the time of filming, performed for coaches Will.i.am, Pixie Lott, Danny Jones and Paloma Faith.
Heidi took her moment, in scenes filmed before the coronavirus pandemic led to a UK lockdown, no doubt getting some advice from her mother.
Kerry was famously in the band Atomic Kitten, and now it could be Heidi's turn to take on the music industry judging by her sweet audition.
She performed Jasmine Thompson's version of Macy Gray’s hit I Try, after saying she would "make sure that she would try her best".
Kerry tearfully watched from backstage, and was visibly overwhelmed with pride at her young daughter's big moment.
She was joined by Heidi's siblings Molly, Max and Dylan-Jorge, as well as her partner Ryan Mahoney.
Heidi appeared emotional herself, as she prepared to give it her all on the big stage.
After singing for the judges, she burst into tears overwhelmed by the experience as Paloma, Will and Danny all turned around for her.
They raced to comfort her, giving her some advice before allowing her to choose a coach.
Kerry proudly watched on, before breaking down as her child made it through to the next round - choosing to go with Team Paloma.
In a preview at the start of the episode, fans were stunned to see a nervous Kerry waiting with host Emma Willis.
It was then revealed her daughter Heidi had taken to the stage to perform for the coaches and the audience.
Before the audition aired, she and daughter Heidi sat down together to watch.
Kerry shared her nerves on social media, captioning a snap of the pair together: "Omg we’re sooooo nervous @heidikatona @thevoicekidsuk xxxx."
Viewers raced to wish her daughter luck on Instagram and Twitter, before sharing their thoughts on the performance once it aired.
