Kerry Katona announces big move 13 years after losing everything

Kerry Katona has revealed she has bought a house and will be relocating 'back up North' 13 years after losing her former fortune.

Former Atomic Kitten Kerry made the announcement on social media and said that she wanted to share the news to inspire people to never give up on themselves.

Kerry is from Warrington, but has lived in the South of England for several years with her five children.

But now she will be making the move back to the North, although it's not known exactly where the star will be moving to.

Kerry, 40, shared a beaming selfie to Instagram and wrote a lengthy caption alongside it sharing her news.

She said: "Good morning you beautiful people!!! Well it’s official!! After losing EVERYTHING 13 years ago and having to rent I’ve finally bought me a house!!

"I want to share this news because many times over the years I literally felt suicidal! BUT I never gave up! If I can turn things around and get back on top ANYONE can.

"I’m not gonna lie credit where credit due I’m really proud of myself. DONT EVER GIVE UP ON YOURSELF!!!!!!! Doesn’t matter if others don’t believe in you just as long as you believe in yourself!"

Kerry thanked her fiance Ryan Mahoney for having "faith" in her and told him she loved him before continuing her post.

She said: "Even six years ago I never thought I’d be where I am today!

"It’s been b****y hard. Drugs, bankruptcy, bipolar, mental health, anxiety, divorcees breakdowns, car crash TVs WOW I honestly never thought I’d get through it all!

"But here I am. Tell yourself every day you love yourself, tell yourself every day your worth it and never ever let other people’s opinions define you as a person!

"Learn from it all, move on and help others.

"Oh and yes.. I’m moving back up north."

Following her announcement her followers were quick to congratulate her.
