Kerry Katona admitted sex only lasts three minutes with Ryan in the heatwave.
But the Atomic Kitten star reassured fans that's long enough because those three precious minutes take up all the energy she can muster.
Inspiration struck Kerry to spill all her sex confessions after she read about Stacey Solomon's candid admission that it's too hot to romp with Joe Swash.
In an X-rated column, Kerry let slip the time between the sheets this heatwave has been the "hottest and sweatiest" three minutes of her life.
She wrote in her new! column: "I love the fact that Stacey Solomon told her Instagram followers it's been too hot to have sex with her boyfriend Joe Swash...
"Even if it is for just a quick three minutes, it's the hottest and sweatiest three minutes of your life.
"I can't do any more of that anyway. Depending on my needs, I usually do whatever the weather, but I do know where she's coming from - it's been way too hot for anything."
Kerry and PT Ryan recently celebrated two years together in lockdown.
They have enjoyed lots of glamorous breaks away together and live happily together with her children.
Previously, she admitted she's waiting patiently for the hunk to pop the question to her.
In her new! magazine column, she wrote: "I'd love Ryan to propose. I'd love to marry him and maybe for my 40th he could get down on one knee - hint hint!"
It looks like Kerry would like to head down the aisle for a fourth time.
The blonde bombshell was married to her first love Brian McFadden in 2002 but things didn't work out and they split in 2006.
They have their daughters Molly, 18, and Lilly-Sue, 17, together.
Kerry made Mark Croft her second husband and they were married from 2007 until 2011.
They also had two beautiful children Heidi, 13, and Maxwell, 12.
Her third marriage in 2014 was to George Kay and they had Dylan-Jorge, five, together.
Their romance wasn't made to last as their marriage was over in 2017.
George died aged 39 in July 2019.
