Kepa Arrizabalaga sends social media message after FA Cup win over Liverpool

Chelsea goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga has took to social media to send a message to Blues' fans after making his first appearance for Chelsea in over a month.

The Spaniard had found himself dropped to the bench and replaced by Willy Caballero in between the sticks in recent weeks after a poor start to the season.

His last game before the match against Liverpool was the 2-2 draw against Arsenal back in January, but Kepa has found himself on the bench since then.

The goalkeeper though was given a chance to earn back his a place in the starting lineup for the next Premier League match against Everton when he was named in goal for the FA Cup fifth round clash against Liverpool on Tuesday night.

Frank Lampard on Billy Gilmour: He is small in stature he is huge in personality and talent.

Kepa repaid the faith of Lampard by pulling off an impressive treble save just minutes after Chelsea took the lead in the first half of the game through Willian.

Ross Barkley added a second after half-time to double the Blues' lead.

The Chelsea goalkeeper was part of a backline that kept a clean sheet against Jurgen Klopp's men, giving Lampard a decision to make ahead of the game against Everton.

After the game, Kepa took to Instagram to send the message.

"Never too high, never too low," he wrote alongside a picture of him celebrating against the Reds.

The post is the players first since being dropped from the team, and he will be hoping that his display against the Reds will see him back in the team at the weekend.
