Kenyan Drake up for FedEx Ground Player of the Week

Arizona Cardinals running back Kenyan Drake had a career performance on Sunday against the Cleveland Browns. Now he is up for some recognition for his play.

The NFL announced Drake is a finalist for the FedEx Ground Player of the Week award for his play in Week 15. He rushed for 137 yards and four touchdowns on Sunday on 22 carries.

There are two other nominees.

One is Seattle Seahawks running back Chris Carson, who had 24 carries for 133 yards and two touchdowns in a 30-24 win over the Carolina Panthers.

The other is Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott, who had 24 carries for 117 yards and two scores in a 44-21 win over the Los Angeles Rams.

Each Tuesday morning of the regular season, through Thursday at 3 p.m. ET, fans can visit NFL.com/FedEx or the NFL Twitter page to vote for their favorite performances of the week, with FedEx awarding a $2,000 donation in the winning players’ names to The USO.
