Kenny Golladay and Marvin Jones back in action in minicamp

Throughout the OTAs and the first day of this week’s mandatory minicamp, Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford was missing his top two targets. Starting wideouts Kenny Golladay and Marvin Jones were both in Allen Park but strictly worked out on the side field with the training staff. Golladay has been sidelined with a chest injury suffered in December, while Jones continues to rehab from his knee surgery.

That changed on Wednesday. Both Golladay and Jones participated in drills with the first-team offense. They were not full participants, but seeing them getting closer is quite encouraging for an offense that sorely lacks any sort of proven depth at WR.

The Lions proudly posted a video of the duo in action, catching passes from Stafford on the second day of the mandatory mincamp.
