Kenny Bruce reveals new racehorse and Larne fans will love the name

Larne chief Kenny Bruce has added to his portfolio of racehorses - and he has picked a popular name for the colt.

Purplebricks founder Kenny currently has 13 horses in training, one of which (Princess Keira) is named after his daughter.

He also has four breeding mares, two of which are about to give birth.

And now there is a new equine in Kenny's stable, which goes by the name of Inver Park.

The two-year-old colt is trained by Micky Quinn, the former Newcastle United and Coventry City striker who now trains horses at his Newmarket stables.

The plan is for Inver Park to have its first run in about eight weeks' time.

The horse should prove popular with Larne's fans, as it is named after their home ground.

One to keep an eye out for in the future...
