Kendall Jenner has been praised for shutting down a sexist remark on Twitter after one troll suggested she was being “passed around” American basketball players.

The 24-year-old was recently photographed with NBA star Devin Booker and has been previously been linked to fellow US basketball players Ben Simmons and Kyle Kuzma.

On Wednesday, TMZ tweeted pictures of Jenner and Booker together, prompting one Twitter user to reply with a TikTok video of men throwing a young girl around to one another and catching her.

The caption read: “NBA players passing around Kendall Jenner”.

One user replied to the vulgar remark by writing: “Maybe she passing them around”.

Jenner then stepped in herself, tweeting in response: “They act like I’m not in full control of where I throw this c**ch”.

The model’s response has since been liked more than 536,000 times and retweeted more than 83,000 times, in addition to garnering thousands of comments.

Many people responded with references to s***-shaming culture.

“Why is it men can date whoever they like but when women are weighing up their options we get criticised? Sick of this sexist BS, [sic],” replied one person.

Another person added: “I’m just mad people are acting like it’s not 2020 and grown women can’t decide exactly who and how many men they want to be with. Stop that hypocritical BS. This woman has a right to her own choices!”

Members of Jenner’s family also showed their support, including Kylie Jenner, who quote-tweeted her older sister’s tweet and wrote: “Lmfao tweet of the year [sic]”.

Khloe Kardashian also quoted the tweet alongside a series of coffin emojis.

Meanwhile, Kim Kardashian quoted her younger half-sister’s tweet with a caption of laughing face emojis.
