Kelvinhall Subway Station and inner circle closed as emergency services deal with ongoing incident

UPDATE AS OF 9PM: THE SUBWAY HAS NOW BEEN FULLY REOPENED.

Emergency services are dealing with an ongoing incident at Kelvinhall Subway Station.

The station is currently closed to passengers and the inner circle is suspended across the city due to a "passenger related incident".

A statement from Glasgow Subway via Twitter reads: "Inner Circle currently suspended & Kelvinhall station is closed to passengers.

"Trains are not stopping at the station.

"This is due to a passenger related incident, emergency services are in attendance.

"Apologies for the inconvenience.

"Updates to follow. Outer Circle is still running."
