Kelvin Fletcher teased about Strictly Come Dancing win by Jamie Laing

He was replaced by Kelvin Fletcher at the last minute after suffering an injury, and now Jamie Laing has spoken out about his Strictly Come Dancing win.

The Made In Chelsea star has joked his broken foot paved the way for Kelvin's Strictly victory while congratulating the actor and dance partner Oti Mabuse.

Jamie, 31, was forced to pull out of this year's dance competition after filming the launch show.

He tweeted: "Congratulations to @kelvin_fletcher and @OtiMabuse you guys rocked it!!

"Thank god for my broken foot #StrictlyFinal."

Kelvin, 35, from Oldham, said he was left 'speechless' by his win.

He won hearts from the first episode with his prowess on the dancefloor and his 'snake hips' which saw him likened to John Travolta.

"I'm still speechless!" tweeted Kelvin after lifting the Glitterball prize.

"It’s difficult to find the words to explain my level of gratitude for your support.

"You’re simply the best UK.

"Thank you, thank you, thank you."

The former Emmerdale star and Oti beat CBBC star Karim Zeroual and Amy Dowden, and EastEnders actress Emma Barton and Anton Du Beke in the live final of the series after being voted for by the public.

Kelvin, who played Andy Sugden in Emmerdale, broke down in tears as he and Oti were awarded the Glitterball Trophy.

He said: "I am absolutely speechless. I did not expect that, it's just been such a privilege to be here.
