Kelvin Fletcher is making sure he's staying fit despite being holed up at home amid the nationwide lockdown.
The reigning Strictly Come Dancing champion, 36, ditched his shirt for a topless home workout that saw him drenched in sweat in his own garden.
The hunk donned grey shorts and a red cap during his gruelling workout, which he was more than happy to post online.
But the workout was cut short when his wife and kids began spraying him with a hose.
Kelvin was also seen using his children as weights while they played round him during his workout.
Sharing the clip on social media, he joked: "When the sun's out, there's only one rule... Tops Off! Joking obviously."

He continued: "Feel free to train how you like; clothed or unclothed as long as you're safe and you work hard.
"Or you could do what I did and train shirtless, with the kids running riot and substituting as dumbbells and my wife spraying me with the hosepipe!
"Either way the workout still got done! So no excuses guys."

Kelvin has recently shared a gruelling upper body workout he did at home for fans to try for themselves.
The Emmerdale actor showed off his bulging biceps as he focused on his upper body.
Strictly Come Dancing's 2019 winner Kelvin filled his day with pulls ups, bicep curls, hanging leg raises and the plank.

He wrote on Instagram: "Upper body session today and as it was a little bit nippy outside, I opted for the warmth of inside.
"Yes I ordered a pull up bar and I’m told my kettlebells are on their way so big shout out to @osowearthebear."

The actor then teased more upcoming videos and encouraged fans to get involved with at-home training with household objects.
He added: "As always, just some basics here. I'll be introducing some really cool variations as from tomorrow where we can utilise some more household objects whilst still incorporating simple and effective movement that will keep the body and mind active."

He added: "Who says you can’t get hench whilst on a lockdown?!!"
Since heading into lockdown, Kelvin has filled his social media with a bunch of health and fitness videos as he encouraged his 363,000 Instagram followers to keep moving.
