Keltbray opens new office in Nottingham

Engineering business Keltbray has expanded its UK presence by launching a new Nottinghamshire office.

The base on Sherwood Business Park will house its highways division.

Last year, Esher-headquartered Keltbray secured its first major highways contract with the A30 Chiverton to Carland Cross Scheme for the Costain Jacobs joint venture on behalf of National Highways.

Keltbray then further expanded the highways division through the acquisition of nmcn's infrastructure assets and contracts as the nmcn group fell into administration, saving 117 jobs in the process.

The acquisition of nmcn Infrastructure permitted the continuation of a number of ongoing projects such as M621 junction one to seven improvements and Upper Don flood alleviation scheme.

Vip Gandhi, managing director of Keltbray's highways division, said, "We're delighted to officially announce the opening of our new Nottingham office for the Highways division.

"Keltbray Highways offers a blend of project experience across both the highways and renewables markets.

"We provide high-quality infrastructure projects helping to keep the country moving, with major projects such as motorway junction improvements, urban realm regeneration schemes and renewable energy infrastructure, and we're looking forward to expanding our offering."
