Kelsey Parker has shared a deeply emotional update with fans as she continues to grieve the loss of her third child, urging her followers to “be kind.”
The 34-year-old podcaster revealed last month that her unborn son, Phoenix, her first child with partner Will Lindsay, had tragically been “born sleeping”, just days before his due date.
Kelsey, who shares two children, Aurelia, six, and Bodhi, four, with her late husband Tom Parker, has since taken time away from social media to process the devastating loss.
Tom, best known as a member of The Wanted, passed away in 2022 after a battle with brain cancer.
On Monday, Kelsey returned to Instagram with a bittersweet update, letting fans know that new episodes of her parenting podcast would soon be released, episodes that were recorded while she was still pregnant with Phoenix.
She wrote on her Story: “Before I gave birth to Phoenix, I had recorded a lot of podcasts for my @mumstheword_pod before going off on maternity leave.

“I want to thank the lovely team for checking in and being patient to put some episodes out that were during my pregnancy.
“Over the next couple of months these episodes will air,” she continued. “They were part of my journey so I didn't want to not share them, and they all have incredible guests with really important stories and messages.
“Please take the time to listen to these episodes and remember to be kind when doing so.”
Kelsey is joined on the podcast by Georgia Jones, wife of McFly’s Danny Jones.
The series covers motherhood from all angles, including conversations with celebrity guests and parenting experts.
The latest update comes just days after Kelsey paid tribute to her daughter Aurelia on her sixth birthday.

In a heartfelt post, she shared a montage of memories showing Aurelia growing up, including precious footage of her late husband Tom cradling their newborn daughter.
She wrote: “Aurelia means 'The Golden One' and that's what you are... you've been through so much my darling daughter, but you're the most precious little girl any mummy could wish for.
“I'm so happy we got to spend this weekend celebrating your birthday and turning another year older. I'm beyond proud of you and the amazing young woman you're growing up to be.”
The post marked Kelsey’s first appearance on social media since publicly sharing the loss of her baby boy.
Breaking the news in a poem, she wrote: “The world grew quiet as you arrived, So loved, so longed for, yet not alive. Our precious boy, our angel light, Born with wings, took silent flight”.
“We named you Phoenix, brave and bright. A soul of love, of warmth and light Though we never heard you cry, You'll live in hearts that won't ask why.
“No breath you drew, no eyes to see, Still, you mean everything to me. You'll journey with us, softly near, in every sigh, in every tear.”
