Kelsey Grammer has revealed he and his wife, Kayte Walsh, quietly welcomed their fourth child together — a baby boy named Christopher.
The Frasier star, 70, shared the news on the Pod Meets World podcast, marking his eighth child across four marriages.
“Just had our fourth one, so it just became eight kids!” Grammer said cheerfully on the podcast, confirming his growing family with Walsh, 46, whom he married in 2011.
The couple already share three children — Faith, 13, Kelsey Gabriel, 11, and Auden James, 8 — and now baby Christopher joins the brood.
The pair first met in 2009 when Walsh, then a British flight attendant, was working on a London-bound flight that Grammer happened to be on.
The veteran actor’s parenting journey spans more than four decades.

He first became a father in 1983 when his eldest daughter, Spencer Grammer, now 42, was born during his marriage to actress Doreen Alderman.
Over the years, Grammer has welcomed children from each of his marriages, including daughter Greer, 33, with Barrie Buckner, and two children — Mason, 24, and Jude, 21 — from his 13-year marriage to the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Camille Meyer (formerly Grammer).
Despite the age gap between his eldest and youngest children, the actor said he’s made efforts to stay connected — even collaborating with his children on screen.
The American actor starred alongside Spencer in Lifetime’s The 12 Days of Christmas Eve and appeared with Greer in the Frasier revival on Paramount+.
Reflecting on fatherhood in an interview with People last year, Grammer spoke candidly about the lessons he’s learned over the years.
“I have neglected a couple of the kids in my life, especially the first two,” he said. “I’m trying to make up for a little of it now. I’m still their dad, so you can always have a chance to show up.”
The TV star continued: “I probably should have been a little more clear and maybe less tolerant with the older ones.
“With the young ones, I’m specific about expectations — do your studies, be prepared. I tell them, ‘What’s your job in life? Showing up.’”
