Kelly Brook, 39, continues to flaunt her slimmed down figure as she confidently strolled through Leicester Square after presenting her show on Heart FM.
The Model and presenter beamed as she left the Global studios in London wearing a summery white cotton shirt-dress with flat sandals.
With her hair down, she looks tanned and happy as she showed off her new physique.
The stunning, curvy model has struggled with her weight in recent years, but has taken up a healthy new regime to shed the pounds.
The radio presenter now runs three times a week and also takes SlimFast meal replacement sachets, which she vows has helped her hugely control her appetite.
"It's about getting to the best version of me and I feel on top of the world thanks to SlimFast. I've tried losing weight in the past, but I found other plans hard to stick to, boring and lacking in taste," she explained recently.
"This is the first time I've tried a plan which works for me and fits easily into my busy working day."
Kelly has proudly gone from being a size 14 to16 to a healthy size 12.
She told Bella magazine in a recent interview about her size: "I kept moaning that my tumble dryer was shrinking my jeans. It wasn't, obviously.
"I just didn't fit into them any more because I was eating the wrong food and not exercising enough. Nobody had the heart to tell me I had put on weight."
Kelly has admitted in the past that she has often tweaked photos of herself if she doesn't like the look of them.
Let's hope she no longer feels the need to do that.
